Together, they help healthcare organizations protect patient volume and respond to AI-driven search disruption.

Matt Klein,
Founder and CEO

25+ years of healthcare marketing leadership. Former senior executive managing $200M+ in patient acquisition media across academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, and high-margin service lines, including cardiology, orthopedics, oncology, neurosciences, and women's services.  

Architect of the AI Health Strategist scoring framework and the National AI Visibility Benchmarking Study. Co-host of the AI Espresso podcast.

Jeff Montgomery,
Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder

Leads business development and client engagement. Responsible for identifying healthcare organizations facing AI-driven patient volume erosion and connecting them with the diagnostic and strategic resources needed to respond.  

Brings more than two decades of healthcare sales experience spanning biologics, orthopedic devices, wound care, and national distribution.

Bobby Dimovski,

15+ years of healthcare growth, marketing, and commercial leadership. Former pharmaceutical sales professional and founder of PracticePulse AI, partnering with independent practices and physician groups to improve patient acquisition through AI visibility, reputation management, search optimization, and digital growth strategy.

Now serves as Chief Product Officer at AI Health Strategist, translating emerging AI technologies into practical systems that help healthcare organizations become more discoverable and competitive. Co-host of the AI Espresso podcast.
